Superb questions were asked & answered. The view outside overlooking a beautiful lake was almost as good a view as the view & fellowship on the inside:-)
History Continues in Saint Joseph
Posted: July 29, 2014 Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: Benton Club, St. Joseph Rotary Leave a commentIsn’t it always a treat to enter an historic, well-preserved building, like the Benton Club in St. Joseph! The St. Joseph Rotarians were a classic & enthusiastic audience, with numerous questions about Regenerative Medicine’s past, present, & projected future. Felt like I was family as I gladly took pictures during the meeting, then forwarded pics to Donald:-)
Smart Folks Live at Bethel Ridge & Gentry Estates
Posted: July 24, 2014 Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: Bethel Ridge, Gentry Estates, Regenerative Medicine Leave a commentWhat a pleasure to meet the smart folks living & working at Bethel Ridge & Gentry Estates in Columbia! All 3 audiences were truly interested, engaged, & eager to learn more about ‘Regenerative Medicine’, especially as it related to their individual concerns. Bonus seeing a personal acquaintance from years ago, who is now an active heart translplant survivor. Success stories always welcome! Thanks, Christina!

Reconnecting with Columbia Metro Rotary
Posted: July 23, 2014 Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: Columbia Metro Rotary, Regenerative Medicine Leave a commentYes, it’s been a while since I was a Rotarian…Always refreshing to hear the 4-way test! Remarkable how many friends were in attendance the day I spoke. So nice to be able to start speaking generally about ‘Regenerative Medicine’, share the most recent research findings, and then to be ‘fine-tuned’ through audience questions & memorable testimonials. Thanks Barb D!
Support Grows at Laclede Groves
Posted: July 8, 2014 Filed under: Uncategorized | Tags: Alzheimer's Disease, Laclede Groves Leave a commentLaclede Groves was another Missouri reminder of how to retire with grace & dignity, especially exhibited by those loved ones involved with Alzheimer’s Disease. Just as I was 25 years ago, when I was first learning about my grandmother’s AD diagnosis, this audience hung on every word. Compassion & honesty was expected & freely given. Sharing recent Alzheimer’s research/progress renewed that hopeful excitement in each attendee. Many thanks to Katie Z!
